Full-Time
Location: Greater Noida
Manage day-to-day factory operations while coordinating customer inquiries and sales activities. This role combines production supervision with customer relationship management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both operations and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily factory production and worker activities.
- Monitor fabrication, quality control, packing, and dispatch.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on leads.
- Coordinate site measurements and installation schedules.
- Maintain production and dispatch records.
- Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Experience
